Catching Your Breath

A Workshop on restoring natural breath and calm through conscious awareness, constructive rest and mindfulness

Glenstal Abbey, Murroe, Co Limerick.
Saturday 22nd Sept 2018. 9.30 – 5.00pm

We all live on autopilot. It is how we get so many things done; meeting our own needs and demands and those of others.

Because we do so much on  autopilot we tend not to notice detrimental effects of our habits on ourselves, especially on our breathing.

Breath is the essence and spirit of life. Chronic breath-holding, shallow breathing or any other restriction to our natural breath leads to varying levels of fatigue that rob us of our enjoyment of life. Worse, it can lead to stress and illness.

Join us on our one day workshop which will focus on restoring natural breath and calm through conscious awareness, constructive rest and mindfulness in the beautiful atmosphere of Glenstal Abbey.

Fee €165, includes workshop, materials, lunch, teas and coffees.
