Protecting your voice in the classroom. As a teacher you know your voice is your most valuable asset. Voice problems can make teaching unpleasant, to say the least, if not unsustainable. Learn how to find, mind and recover your natural voice in our one day workshop which will focus on developing key skills.
Fee: €99 inclusive of tuition, notes, refreshments, free parking. Individual school policies may support funding for this workshop.

A day of calm, conscious reflection on living more easily with chronic illness through natural breath, conscious awareness, constructive rest, chant and other gentle activities.

Workshop leader: Niall Kelly has undergone life-saving surgery for chronic illness. His recuperation involved many approaches including the Alexander Technique. Such was his improvement through the Alexander technique he subsequently trained as an AT teacher. He has been teaching Alexander Principles for 14 years now and runs many workshops/retreats designed to give participants the skills of managing in a turbulent world.
